That’s actually my day job, pinch me because it still blows my mind after living it out for more than 9 years.
Nope, the novelty has not worn off.
I’m still crazy obsessed with squishy week old newborns, I still cry at almost every father-daughter dance and mother-son dance too actually lol, and my heart still skips a beat every time a couple chooses me to be their photographer.
I’m all about the wrinkled noses,
the belly laughs and nose snorts,
the tender kisses and crazy tight cuddles,
the dancing barefoot in the rain storm
and running along the sand
kicking the water at each other like kids.
I’m not into awkward, unnatural poses.
I’m not about the ‘smile and say cheese to the camera’.

So let me go first. This is who I am.
This is Marc, the complete stranger I met on holiday in Greece and has now been my hot hubbie for 10+ years. He’s patient and competitive and that guy who’s amazing at whatever he puts his hands to. He’s a pro soccer coach, obsessed fisherman, concert loving Evertonian and I just think it’s the coolest thing since sliced bread.
I grew up on the South Coast of England in a cute fishing village and now live in Toronto Canada. Well actually we now live in a smaller town just north of the city and have joined suburban life, wahoo!
I grew up loving the outdoors, the beach, sandy feet, jumping waves and leaping off break waters into the chilly water. We lived at the beach or in the forests as kids and they’re still my favourite places, any beach or forest, in any country, anywhere in the world. Totally my happy place.
This is my tribe.
My Maunder men plus one sweet baby girl, my complete world. Raising these kiddos is a crazy adventure and we’re loving it. I’m totally obsessed with them and I’m on a mission to give them the most epic childhood. So if you don’t find me hanging out with super cool couples on their wedding day or stealing cuddles with week old newborns you’ll find me with these awesome humans. Maybe on the side of a soccer pitch, or exploring a new trail, often being buried for the millionth time by sand at the beach and in the winter you’ll likely find us shredding the slopes on our boards. They are my favourite hang out buddies.
