Lifestyle newborn photography is fast becoming my favourite way to capture and document these mini humans. There is something refreshing about photographing families in the home they have created and established, surrounded by everything that hold the fondest of memories. It naturally causes the photographs to have more meaning and sentimentality. 

The lifestyle newborn shoots are only around an hour to an hour and half long and it's just right. I absolutely love getting a glimpse into their lives, hearing all the stories as we photograph in all the different rooms around the home. It's short and sweet and requires very little preparations which is so great for the new parents. 

These sessions are so fun and relaxed. They ooze authenticity and a real sense of who you are. I know that each family will love these photos 10, 20 or 30 years from now.
